Job Title: Credit Specialist

Job Summary:
The Credit Specialist at Middle Credit Score® is responsible for assisting clients in improving their credit scores by analyzing credit reports, identifying areas for improvement, and providing personalized guidance on how to achieve better credit health. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit reporting, debt management, and credit repair strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client credit reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide personalized advice and strategies to help clients enhance their credit scores.
• Educate clients on credit management best practices and the impact of credit behavior on credit scores.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Collaborate with the client support team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in credit counseling, credit analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit reporting and credit score calculation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remote independently, and as part of a team.
