Middle Credit Score® Terms of Service

2.2 No Guarantee of Credit Score Improvement: While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, working with Middle Credit Score® does not guarantee that your credit score will improve. Credit scores are influenced by various factors, many of which are beyond our control. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Middle Credit Score® does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome of your credit score, and we are not responsible for any changes—positive or negative—to your credit score as a result of using our Services.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested by Middle Credit Score®. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. Middle Credit Score® is not liable for any consequences resulting from the provision of false or inaccurate information.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any misuse of our Services may result in the termination of your account and legal action.
3.3 Responsibility for Credit Decisions: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any credit decisions you make based on the information provided by Middle Credit Score®. Middle Credit Score® provides tools and suggestions to assist you in managing your credit, but the ultimate responsibility for your credit decisions and their outcomes rests with you. Middle Credit Score® is not liable for any decisions you make regarding your credit or financial situation.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Liability for Credit Outcomes: Middle Credit Score® is not a credit reporting agency and does not make credit decisions. We provide information, analysis, and recommendations based on industry-standard practices, but we do not control or influence the factors that determine your credit score. Therefore, we are not liable for any outcomes related to your credit score, including but not limited to:
- Any changes to your credit score, whether positive or negative.
- The approval, denial, or terms of any credit application you submit.
- Any financial or legal consequences resulting from your credit score or credit decisions.
4.2 Disclaimer of Warranties: All Services provided by Middle Credit Score® are offered “as-is” and without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Credit Score® and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any errors or omissions in the Services or content provided.
- Any decisions made by third parties, such as lenders or creditors, based on your credit report or financial information.
- Any legal, financial, or other consequences that may arise as a result of your credit score or credit-related decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership of Content: All content provided by Middle Credit Score®, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Middle Credit Score® or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by Middle Credit Score® without our express written consent.
5.2 License to Use Services: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Middle Credit Score® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or any derivative use of our content.
6. Account Management
6.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. You agree to notify Middle Credit Score® immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Middle Credit Score® is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
6.2 Account Termination: Middle Credit Score® reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Provision of false or misleading information.
- Unauthorized use of our Services.
- Any other conduct that, in our sole discretion, is harmful to Middle Credit Score® or other users.
6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease. Middle Credit Score® reserves the right to delete any content or data associated with your account without prior notice. Middle Credit Score® will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination of your account.
7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
7.1 Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

Your written notification must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes with Middle Credit Score® through arbitration.

8.1 Your Indemnification Obligations: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Middle Credit Score® and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from or relate to:

- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through our Services.
